The Fred Hollows intraocular lens laboratory, a world-class intracular lens manufacturing facility managed by Nepal Eye program, Tilganga Institute of opthalmology is currently looking for a proactive and result-oriented candidate for senior-level management position.
Positions: Head of FH IOL Lab-1
Level: E1/11
Qualification: MBA/EMBA with B.E./B.TEch (Mechanical) or equivalent from reputed university, fluency in Nepali and English language with excellent IT skills.
Experience : At least 10 years of experience in Management in multicultural industry including few years in pharmaceuticals or medical device industry in key management position. Must have proven background in managerial role in cooperate and development sector, accompanied with excellent costumer service, communication and organizational skills. Experinece in the production management,
industry and adaptable nature; meaning budgets, Schedule, quality,and work flow; meet targets and deadline.
Skills and competencies : Good interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, critical thinking, anticipate challenges, excellent problem solvine skills, proven knowledge of business-finance and operations management, ability to recognize risk/oportunity impacting profitability, meeting the targets/deadline, manufacturing marketing and sales plans
