Positions : GBV Sub- Cluster Coordinator

Background:
In response to the outbreak of covid-19, the cluster in humanitarian settings was activated to ensure a coherent and effective response through the mobilization of all key partners in Nepal. UNFPA as the global lead agency for addressing gender-based violence (GBV) in the humanitarian setting is co-leading the GBV sub-cluster in Nepal with the Department of women and children/Mowcsc, UNFPA as the co-leading for a full time national GBV sub-cluster coordinator to assets in the coordination efforts at the national and sub-national level.
Core functions include facilitating multi-sectoral collaboration, promoting use of guiding principles and standards for tools and service, capacity development of the frontline workers.Eligibility:
Advanced Degree in Social work or other sciences, gender, the public health community, health international relations, international law, human rights or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience working on gender-based violence program at the National coordinate level
