Positions : Executive Leadership Specialist
Minimum Experience : At least 10 years of work experience in related field
- Have delivered individualized coaching
\ -Have counselled on interpersonal management
- Have leadership skill
Qualification: Master-Level (minimum) training in cognitive dynamics and cross-cultural sensitivity (preferable from international university )
-PhD in the relevant field (preferred)
Conducting in-depth individual consultation with leaders and team members to identify areas of growth and development. Also , training design , broad based consulting and writing for publication
Other Expectations :
Extensive experience working with diverse individuals employed by international organizations
