Experience : At least 2 years work experience in insurance companies

Duties and Responsibility :
- Drive the company's financial planning
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments .
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations .
Post 2: Training and Development Officer
Academic Qualification : Masters Degree in Management
Experience : At least 2 years work experience in insurance companies
Salary : Negotiable
Age : Not exceeding 45 years
Duties and Responsibility :
- Identify and asses training needs within a company
- Meet with managers and supervisor to ascertain needs
- Develop , organize , conduct and evaluate training programs
Post 3: Branch and Regional Managers , Marketing personals & Underwriter
Location : Outside Valley
Academic Qualifications : Graduates in Management
Salary : Negotiable
Age : Not exceeding 45 years
Duties and Responsibility :
- Ability to handle and convince mass community of people
- Committed to achieve company's business target .
- Excellent selling capability and an ability as well as desire to coach selling techniques to the team
- Detail oriented with excellent organizing and planning skill
