Talks between the Governments authorities and Netra Bikram Chand-led Communist party of Nepal (CPN) have concluded, with each parties signing a three-point agreement, on Thursday. The talks had started out on the Home Minister's reputable house in Baluwatar from Wednesday following the formation of respective two-member groups to preserve legitimate discussions on Tuesday.
The speak teams along with Minister of domestic Affairs Ram Bahadur Thapa and top Minister's overseas Affairs guide Rajan Bhattarai representing the government, and CPN's Spokesperson Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma 'Prakaanda' and critical committee member Uday Chalaune 'Deepak' representing the outlawed signed the settlement for their respective events.in keeping with the 3-factor deal, the CPN will solve all their political troubles thru communicate, conduct all their political activities in non violent way, and the government will rescind all regulations on CPN, launch all arrested cadres and 'launch' pending instances at the party.
