Step 2: Open Microsoft Excel and enter the data which you want to merge in Word.
Step 3: To merge a picture you need to have two columns for the picture, One for picture location or path and another for picture name.
Step 4: Make sure to add \\ instead of \ in path.
Step 5: Save the excel file and open Microsoft word.
Step 6: Go ahead and design a content where you want to merge a excel data.
Step 7: Now, Click to mailings menu and click on select recipient list.
Step 8: Choose, Select existing list and choose the excel file that you have created with data.
Step 9: Now, place a insertion point where you want to insert data from excel sheet.
Step 10: Click in Insert Merge Field in Mailings menu and choose the data that you want to insert.
Step 11: Click of the area where you want to insert picture make sure you can type a text there.
Step 12: Press ALT+F9 Key.
Step 13: Now, place the insertion point where you want to merge an image, Press CTRL+F9 you see a curly braces.
Step 14: Type INCLUDEPICTURE<space> again get the curly braces by pressing CTRL+F9.
Step 15: Type IF<space>TRUE<space>" again get the curly braces by pressing CTRL+F9.
Step 16: Type MERGEFIELD Path place the insertion point out of the curly braces and type \
Step 17: Press CTRL+F9 key and Type MERGEFIELD Picturename .
Step 18: Type " outside of curly braces.
Step 19: Type \d inside the last curly braces.
{INCLUDEPICTURE {IF TRUE "{MERGEFIELD Path }/{ MERGEFIELD Pics}"}\d}
Step 20: Repeat Step 7 and 8, Now, Press ALT+F9.
Step 21: Click on preview on Mailing Menu and to preview a merged data.
Step 22: Now click on Finish and Merge and choose Edit Individual Document.
