ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls if needed.
- Responsible for filing and storing office documents.
- To effectively communicate with guests to determine their purpose of visit.
- To arrange, manage appointments and meetings with guests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have good telephone etiquette and polite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be willing and able to join immediately.
- The candidate should be having at least 1 year experience in the similar or related role.
