Position: Gender Specialist

Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Gender Studies, development studies, social science, or relevant field with experience in managing and leading gender related programmes
- At least 5 years of technical advisory / program experience in designing, implementing and evaluating gender programmes.
- In-depth knowledge on gender and development issues along with hands-on experience of mainstreaming gender issues
- Knowledge of advocacy and lobbying together with providing policy inputs on strategic gender mainstreaming
- Skilled in conducting gender analysis, assessments and developing gender sensitive methodologies for programme and related evaluations
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills with ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent command and proficiency in spoken and written English and Nepali languages
- In-depth understanding of the international human rights framework for development, key development issues, approaches and tools
- Knowledgeable about working in disaster management context and relevant humanitarian response
- Proven knowledge of latest debates, issues, research and practice in Gender & Child Rights programs and programme implementation in a range of contexts – local, national and regional
- Up-to-date and various project design and evaluation models and government program and policies
- Knowledge of the Nepal Government Policies, Program Priorities and Ministry of women, children and social welfare
Position: Monitoring, Evaluation, Research Specialist

Project:WASH and Resilience Program

Qualification:
- Master’s degree in management, Social research, development studies or a related field oriented to monitoring and evaluation methods
- At least 5 years of experience working in monitoring, evaluation, research, and accountability in development sector or research setting with special focus to WASH and Resilience
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Nepali
- Proven experience in a technical capacity involving design and implementation of evaluations/research or leading evaluation/research teams and drafting technical reports
- Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis
- Experience conducting interviews with young people, children and communities
- Strong capacity and creativity in leading and facilitating participatory methodologies to meaningfully engage beneficiaries, including children, and receiving their feedback through approaches such as social audit
- Experience in capacity development of staff or partners in project monitoring, evaluation or research
Position: Program Coordinator

Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in social science, education, health or relevant field.
- At least four years of demonstrated experience working in a mid-level position coordinating and managing the Early Childhood Development program portfolio
- Advanced knowledge and experience of International and National Early Childhood
- Development program, project and policies
- Experience of development and humanitarian issues affecting children, women and families
- Demonstrated experience in successfully using key influencing strategies such as advocacy, lobbying, movement building, or policy development
- Experience in carrying out power, policy and political analysis to inform strategies and projects
- Strong knowledge of child and women’s rights and gender justice
- Advanced understanding of the development and NGO sector.
- Essential: Experience of working with coalitions and networks.
